The Collective Academy was started to help churches and church planters align their work to form the kinds of disciples that love our city to life. We have focused and will continue to focus on creating resilient congregational leadership through the Academy.

However, we also know and embrace the many good organizations are also focusing on helping apprentices of Jesus be a redemptive presence in the places they live and work. We are committed to resourcing and supporting leaders who serve in the marketplace, arts, music, education, health care, to name just a few segments of society.

The Academy is the place to learn how to recontextualize what it means to be faithfully present in our city as a Christian leader. You will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead your church or organization. This includes both the adaptive leadership capacities required professionally to lead well in today’s world, as well developing personally in areas of spiritual formation, well-being, and emotional intelligence.
